Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments are scheduled at the time of your visit or through the patient portal. Quarterly or biannual visits are required for ongoing maintenance care.
Messaging the Clinic
The patient portal is available for non-urgent communication related to your treatment plan. Messages are reviewed during business hours and responses are typically provided within 1–2 business days.
For urgent or emergency concerns, contact 911 or your local emergency department.


Prescription Refills
Medication adjustments and refills are addressed during scheduled appointments or appropriate follow-up intervals. Refills may require up-to-date labs.
Lab Testing
Lab testing is completed prior to scheduled follow-ups when indicated. Results are reviewed during appointments to ensure proper interpretation and plan adjustments.


Payments & Plans
Payment plans are reviewed during your enrollment period. Ongoing care must remain current to maintain access to portal messaging and follow-up appointments.
Changes in Symptoms
If you experience significant symptom changes or concerns between scheduled visits, please schedule a follow-up appointment for evaluation.
